year old hen can't walk

Hi I'm a newbee to chicken-world, started a small flock (7 hens) a year ago and have had no problems until now. My uear old Barred Rock is limping on one leg, and my year old brown leghorn has stopped walking altogether. When I pulled out (gently) his lame leg to take a look, there was some blood up at the top where the feathers begin. She layed an egg today (she's the only hen I have that lays white eggs). Other than not walking, she looks good, alert and perky. It's just so sad to see her like this. Any ideas out there?

First of all make sure their feed is not moldy. If it is get rid of it right away. It can cause all kinds of problems. Is there any way they could have come in contact with composting food ect....? search the molassis (spelling, sorry_) flush. It can help move things thru them quickly and hopefully cause less damage
