yellow baby turkey with horn on head?

trying to figure out what kind of turkey i have, he is yellow, his feathers are coming in white though and he has a small horn like thing on his forhead. and also, is there a way to tell the sex? thanks for the answers!!

The horn like thing is probley its snood. Some of the males start to strut at a couple of weeks, the females will also, just not as much.
