yellow duckling help

I think my yellow duckling has some sort of growth on his right side and i just noticed it today, he hatched woth a curled foot but then it fixed. he doesn’t let whatever on his right side bother him but i don’t know if i should be worried or not, have y’all ever seen this?

If he's eating, that's just food in his crop, and it's normal!
