Yellow fluid coming from the mouth and butt

My hen had just passed away in my arms and during her final breaths she had vomited this yellow fluid as well as pooping it. Yesterday she was perfectly fine and my other hen is not effected at all. Should I be concerned about this and why did it happen?

Sorry for your loss. How old was she? Was this a chicken or a quail? She might have been dealing with a crop disorder. Your state vet can performa necropsy to look for a cause of death. If it is a chicken, I have done home necropsies and taken pictures of the organs to look for certain diseases. You are welcome to post any pictures here.
