Yellow foamy poop

I have a five month old potentially bantam Easter egg or mix. Yesterday I just put her and two other new chickens with my older flock. They have been quarantined for two months. They had a respiratory infection when I got them.

Today I noticed that she had yellow, somewhat foamy poop coming from the bantam. Should I be concerned?
