It could easily be a cecal (not sure if that was spelled right) poop. Let someone more experienced help you out though.

OK thanks,birds are all in good shape for winter but does seem to be alot of it around if just Cecil.

Thanks for your information, I do hope that's all it is, I've just never noticed as much of it around before.
