good afternoon, I have a Wyandotte that is 4 years old she stopped laying about 2 years ago and now she has yellow skin around her face. she still eats, drinks and walks around but mostly stays in the coop on her roosting bar. she is not herself so any information would be grateful. thank you.

A picture if you could show us might be helpful.

Sometimes too much corn for treats can cause chickens feathers and skin to yellow. It's also normal with some hens after they stop laying. I can't see it in my silkies ever though.

What's her poop like?

Jaundice is also something that can do that, but since she's stopped laying, I tend to lean toward that being the cause.

In any case, I'd get her some vitamins for her water like Poultry Cell, Nutri-Drench, etc.

her poop looks normal, whiteish greenish and mostly a semi solid state. none of the girls are eating corn when its this warm out,
