Yellow Worm on Chicken!

I've got a seven week old orpington buff and I found a little worm on her. The worm was yellow and kind of translucent about half a centimetre long and it had a little black dot inside of it. I only spotted one of them and it was just sitting on a feather (not on the skin), I don't know if it is a problem, she might have picked it up as she was roaming through the bushes this morning but I just wanted to check! Here is a blurry picture of it on my finger...

I don't think I would worry about it, though I'd give her a good going over to check for more, or look for things like wounds on her skin or more bugs. Part her feathers and check her skin, especially around the vent.
