Yet another candling question

I was estimating between the 12th and 15th for hatching these sweet babies. Didn't take the best picture because I didn't want to bug mama too much. What do you all think?

When they are that dark generally they are almost to hatch date, or the egg is rotting. Did you see any movement?

I only checked each for a few seconds, but I will check again later if she gets off the nest! They all looked similar, so I hope they're not all dead.
