My DD calls my methods Hillbilly Home-ec and Whitetrash Woodshop. That said: I'd be out there, wrapping the bottom of that coop with a Dollar Store tarp & a staple gun, pronto.
You could always put 4 or 5 inches of straw in the bottom. However, since the straw would not be absorbent, you'd have to change it often.
Try not to worry too much about your chooks. They do better in the cold than the heat.
