yet another nest box post...sigh.....

Pretty much what everyone else has said. I have nest boxes at different levels too. They'll pick the one up high for awhile, and then one day one of them will lay in another box and then they all start laying there.

Its monkey see-monkey do!! I have 4 "boxes" for 10 girls, and the fight or stand in line to use the same one. I used buckets to make my nesting boxes, so far i like em they were practically free.

thank you all for all the replies. I only wanted to put in 4 or 5 but was worried that it wouldn't be enough. So i will go with my original plan. Can't wait to finish the coop and show it to you all.
