Yikes, I don't think it's turning the eggs properly!

Hi all. I'm incubating for the first time in over 25 years. I bought an incubator with turners this time. Checked to make sure temps and humidity were correct and set the eggs in. It turns them every two hours.
When it tilts the eggs to the left they appear to be at a good angle. When it tilts to the right, it turns them to what looks like a better angle, then straightens up right away.
They have already been in a full day. Is there anything I can do or should I take the turners out and do it myself? I don't want to force the turner to the right for fear off breaking it.
This is the incubator. In the picture they are tilted to the right more than they are now.

What kind of incubator is it? You mean it doesn't turn all the way to the right? Could you get a video? I'm just trying to picture it.
I always incubate my eggs on their sides.

It's sold under several names.

Ok that makes sense. Thanks! Is there a way to manually turn them? That's messed up. It might affect them. I would contact the company. You can send them that video too. They might at least refund you, have a helpful suggestion, or replace the incubator.

I was trying get do it again so I could get a better video, so I the reset button on the two hour timer. It tilted them a bit, so I got reset again. It tilted them further. I've kept an eye on it and it seems to have started doing what it should. The eggs have been at a much better angle each time they turn. Do you think 24 hours of improper turning will hurt the hatch rate?

I'm glad you (maybe) fixed it! It shouldn't affect the hatch rate any. Sometimes with shipped eggs I don't turn them at all the first 24 hours, and my hatch rates are better because of it, so you'll be just fine. I'm not saying make it a habit though, lol.
Are these shipped eggs or your own?

Most are shipped from Fat Hen Farms. I added a couple EE and a handful of OEGB. Everyone else has stopped laying in this heat.
Thank you so much for all of your help and advice. I appreciate how fast you jumped in to help. :jumpy

I hope they all hatch! They're super pretty eggs! It is so hot out, I don't blame them. Glad I could help. I hope you'll update when they start to hatch!

Absolutely! He sent BCM, F1 and F2 OE, several OExOE, and some project eggs. It's going to be a difficult 21 days. I'm not good at patience.
