Yolk with poop

I'm not sure how bad this is, but can anyone tell me what this means? Please?

I am not certain, but I would guess that the chicken happened to be laying an undeveloped egg when they pooped. Any sign of a shell? It might still be inside the bird, which would be bad

What are the symptoms you see in your hen?
How old is she?
When was her last egg?

Last egg was about a year ago. Vet thought she had egg producing issue. She got really sick and vet put her on meds. She's gotten a whollleeeee lot better more lively. Her diet is mainly fiber and protein. So she'll or calcium items. Could that be why?
