So I bought this ugly decrepit ice fishing shack last summer to turn into a coop for my banties:
Mostly just painted, replaced the floor, added a pop door and roosts, etc:
After a summer of use it became clear it needed a re-haul as it just wasn't working anymore.
Sooo.... added a solid wood & shingled roof over the leaky tin roof, so now the inside is dry and not deafening in rain storms.
Added a bump-out for extra floor space...
...and clad the whole thing in vinyle:

It cost too much for what it is, but whatever - it's done now and should last a few years
