You know your in the country when:

when you wear your robe and chore boots down to the barn and think nothing of it.
when any one that drives by and sees you in the yard has to stop to chat.
when the pivot waters your garden and yard for you.
when any one who comes to visit wants to see the critters first.

For us its if a car drives by we know they are lost, cause there's nothing beyond us except deeper woods.

We have a hot tub on our back deck and its nothing to walk out across the deck without a stitch on (its just me and my husband...no kids, only the animals)

did i just admit that? We are in the middle of the woods and can't even see our neighbors, well we can see some of their lights down in the valley when all the leaves fall from the trees.

When you walk outside to the truck to get something at night and find a BIG cow head with LONG horn staring straight at you through the window of the other side.

and discovered that the neighbor's fence went down and 10 of their cattles are chewing on your garden

Taking a shower outside is the best! No worries of who is watching!

When your son was first potty trained to PEE OUTSIDE!

When you can walk outside, look up at the sky at night and see HUNDREDS, no THOUSANDS! of stars glittering the night sky (PRETTY!)
