I have a 5 month old budgie named Gabriel. She has been growing some new flight feathers, but they seem to be bothering her. I think she did break a pin feather because I noticed some dried blood on her wing. Anyone know what could be causing this? Is it just that it's her first molt? I added some cuttlebone powder to her water, but is there any thing else I can do?
