Young buff orpington rooster in need of new home

We have a sweet and gentle buff orpington rooster that was supposed to be a hen. We live him but unfortunately can't keep him because of where we live and because we only have three hens. Looking for a good, safe home (not where he will end up broiled) Our young daughter is very attached and it is important to find him a good home....is this possible?
