Young chick with laboured breathing. Advice please!

Hello! I have a chick that is about 10 days old (ish) and the last couple of days it has had laboured breathing. We’ve checked for obstruction, and have moved it into another mumma hen who is friendly and will let me look at it when I need to (the other one is very protective!).

Can I do anything for it?
Should I separate it completely... I’m worried that it might spread something to the others now I’ve moved it. It still seems quite bright at the moment and is eating and drinking-just laboured breathing and sometimes open mouthed breathing too. It will stop running about to sit and breathe.

Any advice would be great please, I’m afraid we’re going to lose it!

IMO, labored breathing is not a good sign. The only thing I can suggest is to give it Poultry Nutri Drench. If that does not turn it around within a day or two, I would cull it.
