hi everyone so a few weeks ago found a young chick with a wonky leg at first I thought it was slipped tendon which I tried slipping back in but couldn’t mange and didn’t want to hurt her more so I strapped her up and put her back with her group a week later she isn’t walking and her leg is swollen thought it was broken but now everyday she’s getting worse and worse no swelling but it’s turning further back all the time even tho it’s tapped to the other leg. I know I probably will never get her leg back straight, it hurts her to try adjust it back but I’m wondering what you guys think and if I’ll ever have her able to stand somewhat reasonably again. She still hobbles around but struggles she’s still full of life. I’ve attached photos note she is alive just sleeps when on her back

It is probably a leg bone deformity and there is not a lot that you can do for this. If chicks can manage to get around enough on there own to get enough food and water, some may survive. I would probably remove the tape and see if the chick can learn to hobble. Many of these chicks do not survive or need to be put down.
