I have a 2 month old pullet who got out of the run this afternoon and was chased for a couple of minutes by my exuberant dog.

She is not putting weight on one foot and her outside toe appears to be sticking out at an a bit of an angle. She appears to be in pain and in some distress but not making extraordinary noises. I'm keeping her quiet away from the other birds. Is there anything else I could be doing for her?

Sounds like you have it under control. The toe may be sprained/broken and if you want you can bind it with tape. Place some medical tape down (sticky side up) and place the toe on the tape. Place another piece of tape on top of it forming it to the toe. Include one or two of the other toes so that the injured toe is in it's proper position. Cut off excess tape. Basically you had made a shoe out of tape and are keeping the injured toe from moving until it has a chance to heal. Change it very carefully (maybe soaking it first) and only when it's absolutely nec. (Wet, dirty). Keep her isolated and the toe taped for about a week. Re bandage if nec.
Otherwise if you just want to keep her isolated and quiet, I would do that until she seems to be using her foot. Make sure she keeps eating and drinking. Sometimes they stop if they are in pain. Bind it if she stops eating.
