Young Hen with swollen eye

Hi, I recently got 4 new ladies to add to my flock(2 weeks ago) about 23 weeks old now. Although they are setting in well there is still a bit of pecking going on. This evening I have noticed one of my new girls has developed a swollen eye, and I’m not sure if it is a parasite, respiratory infection or she was pecked. All advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
