I have a young hen who just started laying 2 weeks ago. The rooster has already been mating with her. Since her eggs are still so small, I was curious if the eggs were incubated, would the chicks end up being dwarf like? I would never do this, but it was something I wondered.

Young pullets often lay eggs with small yolks, thick shells, or uneven or porous shells. If none of these are an issue, yes the chicks will be smaller at hatch, but they may still grow to normal size for their kind.
