Young pullet suddenly looses balance, tips forwards onto his back with head behind, rolling all over the place.

About 3 days ago one of our younger pullets come up with something and has since been isolated, he can't seem to stay upright, shakes every now and than while he's laying down. He can't keep his balance for more than a second, when he's walking around his cage he uses the walls to help him get around, when he starts walking faster he instantly falls forward and right onto his back with his head behind him. His crop seems full but is super soft. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I would try so poultry vitamins to see if it's a deficiency. It could also be a head injury. Give it time and daily vitamins and see how it goes.
