young pullet um... humping.... bantam hen... yeah...

so yeah this was an odd sight for me today when i was sitting in the baby pen, i look over to the other pen as i hear squawking... and a young PULLET of idk, maybe 3 months or so mounting a mature bantam hen, and attempting to do the deed... thoughts? a young bantam rooster was right in there trying to break it up also hmm

however, if there are pronounced comb and waddles and you see that chicken mount others and possibly have a oddly shaped tail that is shiny then you most likely have a little rooster.

but this hen is not a bantam, and im quite sure its a hen, ameraucauna/buff orp/RRR, looking at my charts she either hatched 4/25 or 4/28 i didnt actually go pick her up to read her number lol, but when im up there today if shes still doing it ill do a little chick vid... this hen is very small right now, hardly taller than my adult bantam
