Young pullets losing feathers

Will someone tell me it's normal for young pullets (9 weeks old) to lose a feather here and there once they've been placed in their coop and chicken run?

Also, is it normal for females to chase each other and get "attitude" like they are trying to pick a fight?

both is normal, anytime you move them they have to establish a pecking order. once its established the fights will slow down. if you add a hen they will start back up. when I add one, I will let her free range before letting the others out. then when I put them back in I put them in together, this usually works well for me.
