Younger Chickens Won't Go Outside

In my coop I have a ramp that leads up to a window to go down another ramp outside. My three older chickens use it to go outside. However, I have 18 younger chickens (about 16 weeks old) that haven't used it yet. They've been in the coop with the older ladies for about three weeks. Do I need to help them figure it out? Or will they do it on their own time? They can clearly see the older ones using it.

You could put them outside and let them find their way in or you could wait till those silly chicken hens find their own way out.

I would try shooing them out. It's a big old scary world out there and sometimes you need a push to get out in it!
