I have been raising chickens and ducks for only three months and am looking for some books to have on hand....but there are so many of them out there it seems....sooooooo

What is your favorite (or most useful) book on chickens/fowl to have on your bookshelf?

Any of the "Storey's guide to" books and "The chicken health handbook".

Gail Damerow's 'Storey's Guide to Chickens' is an excellent resource, as well as this web site which is an excellent source of information

I just bought the "Chicken Health Handbook" by Gail Damerow and it is great. This is a great question.

I have "Storey's Guide". I would recommend it for anyone starting with chickens. It has a lot of useful info in it.
