Yucky eggs

We pick up our eggs daily. I’ve had 3 of these lately. well, I wanted to attach a photo, but I guess can’t. They are all mixed and yucky looking. The yolks and whites are all mixed together.

Are those coming from all the layers or just one of them?
Not sure what exactly the problem is, but it's definitely a major malfunction.
