I ordered 15 chicks in January thinking it was a scam but sent an order anyways cause why not. I miraculously ended up with 15 chicks 3 weeks later and 7 of them ended being roosters which I need to re-home ASAP.

5 buff plymouth rocks and 2 blue plymouth tints, 7 roosters in total.

Not sure why you cant keep roosters,,, but that is not important. Besides,, 7 is too many even if you could keep. (For me,, roosters are not allowed in my area.)
I think you just got straight run chicks,, and 50% usually are males.
If you do not find chicken keeper needing a rooster or two,, then raise them with loving care until they start to crow.
Then offer them to families that may be struggling putting groceries on their table.
Look at it this way. Rooster enjoyed a good life with one bad moment. A family got help with food
