Remember me sharing with you all about the first batch of birds that were harvested then frozen w/o aging that were chewy...took one out of the freezer on mon, BBQ'd it tonight aftert three days aging in the fridge and what a difference!! Thanks everyone, the info has allowed me to want to continue this adventure..Tommorow when they harvest the rest they will age in fridge first! Sad putting them all to bed one more time, then tommorow they will all be gone...New Freedoms arrive in the morning..Im excited!!!
