Yup-Another Quarantine Query!

Do not feel defeated. All you can do is your best and you are doing a lot more than most people on here. Can stuff still go wrong? Of course, anything can happen. A piece of space junk could fall out of the sky and hit your house this afternoon. But just because something can possibly happen doesn't mean you live in fear of it. What you are doing is tremendous.

Once the 4 weeks is up, I will be moving the new birds' coop and run next to the old flock so they can see, hear and be near each other. After a week or two I'll integrate if all goes well. I figure during that time is an additional period to see if anyone gets ill and treat accordingly.
And thanks for the supportive comments. I know there's always a chance of something going wrong. All I can do is my best and hope it's enough. I've got a cabinet FULL of meds for the "just in case" times and a great vet to talk to, even though he doesn't treat birds, he will offer advice and ideas for me.
