I have a Loquat tree here too. All the other citrus got killed last winter. I will not replant because I can no longer take care of the trees in winter. I'll have to be happy with the one banana tree and the figs and peaches. I've go thornless blackberries and blueberries that winter doesn't bother. I hope to get the muscadine grapes planted soon. I really love those things and they make the best jam I've ever eaten.

When I went out to close up the chicken coops after dark there were some big zappers in the sky. Beautiful.
