What do the parents look like? Likely the color variety has already been named, so no need to dub them with a new name. I've seen poults that look like that before, like some of the ones I got from Porter's. They were Royal Palms with penciling on the feathers.
There is only one breed of turkey, but many varieties of that one breed, by the way. So even if it is a new color phase, it won't be a new breed, just a new variety.
