Zipping for 24 hours but chick not coming out

Hi guys
This particular egg is getting weak in coming out and wondering if I should help, I don't really know how to help.

The other chicks are playing rough game and toss all other eggs. Last time, I had something like this, the chick did not come out, so don't want to do the same mistake.

If it has been actively zipping for 24 hours it is probably stuck and something may be wrong with it.
You can pick away at the shell, carefully.

Pick away at the shell, stop if you see blood and put back in incubator for an hour and repeat. May be wry neck or something that the bird can’t physically hatch.
