It interesting to here that the black strain seems weaker than the Tri colours,Redbro's, and Yellow strains. That's something I would not expect that... Interesting I have an Idea what's going on with that black strain but don't want to say for sure

Depends what section you are looking at... Vantress red Cornish won in the FCR aspect . Also you can avoid those dark pin feathers if you butcher at the right age. Chicks go through several set's of feathers and by butchering when a set is completely in there well be very,very few to none...

Fred I don't mean any disrespect... But let me defend what I do and what I am doing for a living. But please spend some time learning about the history of how 4 way crosses were achieved, before you start bashing the industry. Of course you won't find this online. We really "don't care"...
