My Welsummer too is over a year now and he started gettin a white patch of fuzz at the base of his tail feathers. What is going on? Thanks for help

If chicks hatch in the bator while I'm at work will they be ok in there?

My dominique has not been laying but today I found that she haid laid one egg that looked kind of clear and felt like jello. Does anyone have an idea or more information on this? Thanks.

What do you do if some hatch while you are gone? Will they sit in the bator or how does that work?

The first two pics are eggs myWelsummers laid. The last pic is of the bantam Welsummer eggs which I ordered. The ones in the back are my white leghorn eggs but the first two rows are my welsummer eggs.. Some are rich colored the first row is not as rich color (what causes that)

I have 2 dozen dominiques and a dozen bantam welsummers in the incubator now. I look forward to the hatch a long and sharing pics and our progress throughout. I candled today and I have 6 bad out of the 2 dozen that I candled. So not too bad I guess.

I will take some pics tommorow. How do I add pictures to my post?
