I have been rasing chickens for 12+ years. I am married, two young adults, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 hens, lovebird, 2 guinea pigs and a cockatiel.

Okay people I have been wanting to do this since I joined BYC. I went out bought 3 dozen at Trader Joe's fertilized eggs today. So it begins! Need to do some preparation and by Monday they should be in the incubator! Let the incubation and soon hatching begin!

I usually include grit, mealworms, left over fresh veggies and treats. Anyone else have suggestions?

Well Hello! I was offered eggs from a golden brake breed. According to the story the owners bought 12 for $100 each. Rare breed they said. So in a few I am going to try to hatch out the eggs. I will keep you posted and I will try to post pictures. Any advice, suggestions, greatly appreciated.
