Probably get picked on. I keep both. Sometimes they can get along I hear, but my big ladies are so mean to the small ones.....they each have their own sides now.

I have caught a very bossy hen mounting the other hens. Thought maybe it was a "alpa" thing. She is a she...she lays eggs. So hens can do damage too as mentioned.

I would agree. It looks fine. If you notice sore hocks starting then put in the board or whatever. My Rex Rabbits do have issues with sore hocks, mini's and standards. I have some that are only 1/4 Rex and they get the sores too. Now all my New Zealand, Californians, and American Rabbits...

LOL I was bad....I bought an unrelated pair. I am hooked. And hubby doesn't mind them as much as the chickens since they since they don't have to be in the house for 8 weeks. lol (I think he just plain likes these ones).
