how would one go about keeping them at that temp? I cant even think of a way other than a wine cooler but I would hate to have to go out and buy one just for that.

I see your in georgia, but check out california potbellied pig associations website, one of the most informative websites of pb care out there! Iv adopted my two girls from them and love them but they are a unique outer and require alot of dedication, my advice is to do lots of research first!
Im shocked they are girls!!! I was so convinced that I had males... But yay!!! Im so happy for them. They will think they are in emu heaven with mary. They will be so happy!!! Ill be sad to see them go but I know its for the best.

I mix Purina Flock Raiser and Mazuri Ratite Starter together, up until a week ago they would only pick out the flock raiser and leave the ratite pellets and now they are doing the opposite and are only eating the ratite pellets... beats me.. and they LOVE grapes.
The hanging feeder only lasted a few days before Tilly, one of my youngest and more active potbellys broke the bottom off of it, so for now the food dish is one the other side of the fence and the emu's are sticking their heads through the holes in the fencing to eat.... and some seem to mind...
The emu's have out grown the chicken pen so I moved them into the pigs pen (potbellies) and they have much more space now...however my dilemma was that I couldnt figure out how to feed them without the pigs getting to it first --- so I hung their feeder (like the hanging chicken/poultry ones)...
