I went to let my birds out this morning and I have 4 who are limping! One looks like the joints and knuckles are swollen in the gimp foot. The others look normal but they are limping. I've never seen this before and don't know what to do for them! Any tips or suggestions?

I haven't noticed any signs of internal bleeding. She is drinking water and eating crumble feed. She has normal stools. No blood or discoloration. I could feel the break in her leg is a clean break. And it is up on the thigh area close to her body.

Thank you. I am too. But at least she isn't suffering. I just wish I knew what it was. I never noticed bloody stool. Everyone has said that's a telltale sign of coccidiosis. That's why I'm wondering if it was cocci or something else.

I'm going to get the corid tonight. Can anyone tell me what the dosage is for the powder? All they have is the 20% powder that says for calves. I need to know dosage as in how much per gallon. And how often should I give?

I have medicated chick starter. Can I use that on them? We got chicks on Monday but have kept them in and away from other birds.
