i think some people are going a little over the top i agree drowning is not humane but also people seem to be reveling in killing to my knowledge BYC do not support glorifying killing animals what ever they are.
i think if some people want to share any more on how to maybe do it through private...
there is no need for sarcasm!!!
im a little confused as what they put and what there location stated was uk???? look below for the quote hence why i questioned the location.
i do not need to be told how to do these things
I know I have to be careful as I live right next to a wood and ive already experienced 1 Fox attack just over 2 years ago lost my entire flock so paranoid now always on look out
Probably find they didn't sit properly on them if they are peeping can you her it without putting it to your ear if yes then I would say they have internally pipped
Just leave them to it
Keep me posted you can message me if u want:frow
are you sure she was sat on them for 30 days?
thats a long time and does not sound right if there was still a lot of yolk left they can be layed 30days ago but it goes on how long they have been sat on them for.
maybe it just seems like that long ago:
the air sac will get smaller as they develop
the motion sensors only deter for so long they work it out the things are total bleeps......
you need really. Strong gauge wire as they are persistent and love chicken supper
I have no idea what bird spikes are I live in UK do I take it you live in America
I would think to leave everything as it is and let nature take its course as messing with anything could stop the duck from meeting remember it is wild totally different to ducks in captivity
