Hi there! I had the same problem with my coop, all of it was mud around the door. You could try and put boards down so it will cover the mud and the chickens wont make it worse. Is it muddy because of water? You could also try putting their water somewhere else. Hope this helps!

You could section off a portion of the area that your chickens are in and separate the smaller one from the others. If the small one doesn't like being alone, separate her with a couple other smaller chickens.
