    Can I keep my Rooster outside?

    Can i keep my rooster outside all day and night? He is about 7 weeks old and has most of his feathers. It doesn't get below 45 at night here, but there would be no heating lamp in his coop. Can i put him outside, or should i wait? If i should wait, how long?
