FYI, she looks a lot like our Rustic Rambler, but Jenny has clean legs and the blue ears.

I know! I'm getting eggs, so I'm trying to be patient. I at least know that she is a blue layer from that teeny tiny trial run egg :) I am just nervous that I'm missing something I should be doing.

Do you have hardware cloth near them? They might be trying to peck through it and injuring thier beak. 2 of my 7 week old rocks just got the same thing.
