    I have sold 11 dozen eggs in four days

    I live in Victoria Australia and have 16 layers up to 4 weeks ago I was selling 5 dozen eggs for 3.00 but I'm going to increase the price to 3.50 as the price of feed has gone up. My customers are happy to pay that price as they cost up to 7.00 in supermarket.

    Hi i live in melton Vic australia and I'm in the same boat I have 16 layers Up to 3 weeks ago I was getting 6-10 eggs daily but then the weather turned and the number of eggs dropped to just 6, then 5, yesterday only 2!!!!! Am i peeved . Its costing us a small fortune to feed them.

    We have only gone into autumn now the get plenty of sunlight and they are of laying age some are ex battery hens and were molting when we got them but now the are healthy happy lots of feathers .     Hi It took a while after I bought Rambo for him to start crowing at first he crowed at 6pm then it got earlier until he got it right and would crow at daybreak. I dont know why he won't crow anymore could anyone give me some advise please.
