alot of people are impatient and opt to shave there head/ to get my wifes out i pulled her hair out of each dreadlock a few strands at a time one drreadlock at a time, it took several hours// there are youtube videos

to those who asked about stating dreadlocks/// i started my dreadlocks by backcombing all my hair into little sections then twisting it several times a day, I have naturally curly hair so it takes easy/ my wife has straighter wavy hair to start her dreadlocks she got a perm then left it alone...

Oh and just fyi / it's a common misconception that you have to shave your head to get rid of dreads, I took the dreads out of my wife's hair one at a time and she had shoulder length hair when I was done taking them out

My wife had dreads with a bangs/ half dreads . Now she has Normal hair with 8 or so dreads in the back, can't even see them, it's cute// I think everyone should try dreads once/
