Most rules will still be the same. I don't plan on changing much, and certainly not the 3 month rule. :) I completely agree (and believe everyone else does as well), that the safeguard is necessary to keep swappers safer. BYC isn't responsible for swapping safety, so we have to choose our own...

To increase swaps, I'd think we'd need a time limit. This one moves more slowly though, so the time limit would have to be longer. Then where the pp/he swap says you're done swapping for the week, this one would almost have to be something like the rest of the week, plus no swaps the next week.
