bad news, only 7 eggs hatched. my thermo/hydro was off, ive been using the built in one on the hovabator genesis and its very off. im going to buy one, i heard the brinsea spot check is a good one. ill probably go with that.
i just talked to a breeder. she gets $25 for female chicks and $10 for male chicks. and she sells 12 week old females for $50 and 12 week old males for $30. that should solve my pair and trio price question. i think $70-$75 for a pair and $100 for a trio is fair.
Do you think? Okay. I'll go with that price then and adjust according to demand for them. How much do you think would be fair for juvenile pairs and juvenile trios?

Thank you. What incubator will you guys be using? I have a hovabator genesis 1588. I also have an egg turner with it so I don't have to turn 50 eggs every 8 hours.
I'll join and keep you guys updated on the eggs. It sucks that I have to wait another month to incubate the eggs though. But I can let you guys know how my hatch that I have going on now goes :). And I hear the Basque are awesome. I can't wait to have them in the flock. Hopefully I don't get a...
I would love to join but I already have eggs in the incubator due to hatch the 12th :( maybe next time. I'm getting eggs from juststruttin sent out on the 28th. Let's see who gets a better hatch rate ;) I'm getting 18 cream legbar eggs and 6 Basque eggs.
