I let my garlic (hardneck) blossoms ripen this year. each flower yeilds a LOT of tiny bulbs. I planted them in a planter this fall. We'll see how they grow next year. They did sprout up nicely for me.

Trimming rabbit nails is not that hard. We had to do my son's when we were bunnysitting - they were way long. Wrapped him in a towel and used wire cutters because they were too thick for nail clippers. But he was really good about it. Put a brick in his cage and now he has enough surface to rasp...
My version... cut up apples. crock them on low all day with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Run through a food mill. Done. I do not peel or core. I then freeze in 1 cup containers because we don't go through it fast.
When I've tried the celery, it gets about 4" and then dies. I don't know if it is because it isn't organic or if I am doing something wrong. Any ideas?
