A couple of suggestions if I may. You are going to need more ventilation. Larger openings up close to the roof line in the gable ends where you have the small vent now would be great. I'd also lower those nest boxes so they are well below the level...
No glass. It's an led light. They've never attempted to get on it as far as I know. I think it blends in with the white interior that they don't even recognize that getting on top of it is even possible.
Dampness is your enemy especially in cold weather as it leads to frostbite. Every coop needs a sizeable amount of permanent ventilation to evacuate that humidity but that moving air needs to be away from the chickens, especially away from the roosts.

Appears that you have enough space for that many birds. Are you using a poop tray or board? Are you planning on a expansion of the flock? 10 additional nipples seems like a lot. I think they say 5 birds per nipple is the right ratio.
